Paulownia tomentosa fruit%chemical constituent%structure identification
目的:研究毛泡桐果实的化学成分。方法应用柱色谱方法分离和纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从毛泡桐果中分离出11个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),泡桐素(Ⅱ),熊果酸(Ⅲ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ),芹菜素(Ⅴ),香草酸(Ⅵ),异香草酸(Ⅶ),对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅷ),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅸ),3′-甲氧基木犀草素-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ),diplacone(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该属中分得,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ为首次从毛泡桐果中分得。

목적:연구모포동과실적화학성분。방법응용주색보방법분리화순화,통과이화상수화파보분석감정화합물적결구。결과종모포동과중분리출11개화합물,기결구분별감정위:β-곡치순(Ⅰ),포동소(Ⅱ),웅과산(Ⅲ),호라복감(Ⅳ),근채소(Ⅴ),향초산(Ⅵ),이향초산(Ⅶ),대간기분갑산(Ⅷ),5,7,4′-삼간기-3′-갑양기황동(Ⅸ),3′-갑양기목서초소-7-O-β-D포도당감(Ⅹ),diplacone(Ⅺ)。결론화합물Ⅵ、Ⅶ위수차종해속중분득,화합물Ⅱ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ위수차종모포동과중분득。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the fruit of Paulownia tomentosa. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified asβ-sitosterol (Ⅰ), paulownin (Ⅱ), ursolic acid (Ⅲ), daucosterol (Ⅳ), apigenin (Ⅴ), vanillic acid (Ⅵ), isovanillic acid (Ⅶ), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅷ), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavone (Ⅸ), 3'-methoxyluteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅹ), diplacone (Ⅺ) . Conclusion CompoundsⅥandⅦwere isolated from the Paulownia genus for the first time. CompoundsⅡ,Ⅸ, andⅩwere isolated from the fruits of Paulownia tomentosa for the first time.
