目的：了解妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后化疗期间症状体验状况及健康教育需求，为寻求减轻患者症状体验的健康教育途径提供依据。方法：采用自制健康教育需求量表、MSAS记忆症状评估量表对某市妇科化疗病房200例患者进行问卷调查。结果：本组患者MSAS总分为（1.72±0.74）分，处于较高水平。患者的症状体验水平对健康教育需求具有一定的导向性。结论：应重视对妇科化疗患者症状体验的评估，及时地给予健康宣教，提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To understand the symptom experience and the demand for health education in patients with gynecological malignancies during chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 200 gynecologic cancer patients during chemotherapy in courtyard department of gynaecology were investigated by a self designed questionnaire and the Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale. Results:The score of MSAS was (1.72±0.74),at a high level. Patients’ symptom experience level has certain guidance on the demand for health education. Conclusions:At ention should be paid to the evaluation of symptom experience of patients with gynecological malignancies during chemotherapy, and timely health education should be given to improve the quality of patients’ life.
