目的:运用治疗干预计评分系统对肝胆外科监护室护理工作量进行评估,对管理者合理排班提供指导意义。方法利用治疗干预评分量表-76每日分3个班次统计当班时患者病情最重时的评分,并统计1周不同工作日的治疗干预计评分系统总分,对1周不同工作日的总分及每个班次的治疗干预计评分系统评分进行比较。结果1周中不同工作日之间的护理工作量比较差异无统计学意义;白班与小夜班工作量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白班与大夜班及小夜班与大夜班工作量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应根据专科监护室的特点合理调整周末及夜班护理人力资源,以满足护理工作量需求。
目的:運用治療榦預計評分繫統對肝膽外科鑑護室護理工作量進行評估,對管理者閤理排班提供指導意義。方法利用治療榦預評分量錶-76每日分3箇班次統計噹班時患者病情最重時的評分,併統計1週不同工作日的治療榦預計評分繫統總分,對1週不同工作日的總分及每箇班次的治療榦預計評分繫統評分進行比較。結果1週中不同工作日之間的護理工作量比較差異無統計學意義;白班與小夜班工作量差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),白班與大夜班及小夜班與大夜班工作量差異有統計學意義(P<0.01)。結論護理管理者應根據專科鑑護室的特點閤理調整週末及夜班護理人力資源,以滿足護理工作量需求。
목적:운용치료간예계평분계통대간담외과감호실호리공작량진행평고,대관리자합리배반제공지도의의。방법이용치료간예평분량표-76매일분3개반차통계당반시환자병정최중시적평분,병통계1주불동공작일적치료간예계평분계통총분,대1주불동공작일적총분급매개반차적치료간예계평분계통평분진행비교。결과1주중불동공작일지간적호리공작량비교차이무통계학의의;백반여소야반공작량차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),백반여대야반급소야반여대야반공작량차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론호리관리자응근거전과감호실적특점합리조정주말급야반호리인력자원,이만족호리공작량수구。
Objective To evaluate the nursing workload in ICU of department of hepatobiliary surgery with the Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System (TISS-76), and to provide reference for reasonable scheduling. Methods With therapeutic intervention scoring scale-76, the score of three shifts every day when the patient was in the severest condition was recorded ,and the total TISS score for the different days of the week and TISS score for every different shifts were measured and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the nursing workload among different workdays throughout the week;and between day shift and swing shift work (P>0.05), while there was significant difference between graveyard shift and swing shift and between day shift and graveyard shift (P<0.01). Conclusion Nursing human resources needs to be adjusted in the weekend and at night according to the characteristics of special ICU in order to meet the needs of nursing workload.
