故障诊断技术在石化工业往复压缩机中得到了广泛运用,对于保证机器安全稳定运行起到了重要作用。本文首先叙述了往复压缩机故障诊断的意义及研究现状,描述了目前故障诊断过程中所使用的技术,并分析比较了它们的特点;介绍了国内外一些常见的往复压缩机状态监测系统;最后提出了往复压缩机的故障诊断技术的未来发展方向。

Fault diagnosis technology for reciprocating compressors is widely used in petrochemical industry , which is important for safe and stable operation .Firstly, the significance of the art-in-state of the fault diagnosis technology was presented and their features were also analyzed .The foreign and domestic fault diagnosis systems were introduced and compared .Finally, the devel-opment of the fault diagnosis technology in the future was suggested .
