黑木耳具有优良的吸水性能。通过IR和SEM研究了黑木耳的化学组成和微观结构,研究了其在不同温度、不同溶液环境下的吸胀曲线,并研究了其保水和重复吸水能力。结果表明,黑木耳富含羟基、羧基、酰胺基等吸水基团,木耳胶质主要为疏松多孔结构,腹侧角质层较为致密,含少量微孔,背侧含有丰富的纤维绒毛,绒毛直径约为5微米。吸水性能测试结果表明,木耳具有良好的吸水能力,最大吸水倍率为23倍,且具有优良的保水及复水能力。
黑木耳具有優良的吸水性能。通過IR和SEM研究瞭黑木耳的化學組成和微觀結構,研究瞭其在不同溫度、不同溶液環境下的吸脹麯線,併研究瞭其保水和重複吸水能力。結果錶明,黑木耳富含羥基、羧基、酰胺基等吸水基糰,木耳膠質主要為疏鬆多孔結構,腹側角質層較為緻密,含少量微孔,揹側含有豐富的纖維絨毛,絨毛直徑約為5微米。吸水性能測試結果錶明,木耳具有良好的吸水能力,最大吸水倍率為23倍,且具有優良的保水及複水能力。
흑목이구유우량적흡수성능。통과IR화SEM연구료흑목이적화학조성화미관결구,연구료기재불동온도、불동용액배경하적흡창곡선,병연구료기보수화중복흡수능력。결과표명,흑목이부함간기、최기、선알기등흡수기단,목이효질주요위소송다공결구,복측각질층교위치밀,함소량미공,배측함유봉부적섬유융모,융모직경약위5미미。흡수성능측시결과표명,목이구유량호적흡수능력,최대흡수배솔위23배,차구유우량적보수급복수능력。
The chemical components and morphology of the Jew’s ear,that is Auricularia auricular( A. a) ,were researched using in-frared spectroscopy( IR) and scanning electronic microscope( SEM) ,and rehydration curves were plotted in different conditions such as temperature,solutions and solution concentrations. In addition,the retention capacity and repeatability of the samples were inves-tigated. The results show that -OH,COOH,CO=NH and -NH2 chemical groups exist in the samples. The hydrophilic colloid in A. a exhibits porous morphology. The microvilli layer on the back side of A. a is thought to be responsible for the capillary absorbing water,while the tight layer on the ventral side forbids the borne water from escape. The rehydration testing results show that the A. a has the highest water absorption ratio,up to 23,and exhibits excellent water retention and reusable property.
