将木糖与磺酰胺基喹啉通过还原胺化反应连接在一起,合成了一个水溶性锌离子荧光化学传感器(XSQ),通过光谱方法研究了 XSQ 对 Zn2+的传感行为。结果表明,在4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)缓冲溶液中,XSQ对Zn2+表现出高选择性响应,二者形成了2∶1的稳定配合物,此配合物在364nm紫外光照射下发射明亮的绿色荧光(522nm),除了Cu2+、Ni2+和Co2+对XSQ的Zn2+配合物有不同程度的荧光猝灭外,其他金属离子均无明显干扰。

A new fluorescent Zn2+chemosensor with a good water solubility was synthesized by integrating a water-soluble xylose group with the N-(8-quinolyl)-p-aminobenzenesulfonamide. Spectrophotometric studies showed that the sensor exhibited a highly selective fluorescence enhancement response for Zn2+in aqueous HEPES buffer solutions,which is barely affected by various other metal ions except Cu2+,Ni2+and Co2+. A 2∶1 stoichiometry complex was formed between the sensor and Zn2+,and the system presen-ted a obvious greenish fluorescence which can be directly observed by the eyes.
