渡河村是一个远近闻名的“花卉园艺村”，具有旅游开发的潜力。通过实地调查，渡河村在开发乡村旅游上具备生态环境良好、民俗文化丰富、交通便利、政府支持、居民态度积极的有利条件，但也存在着对外影响力小、基础设施不足、旅游人才缺乏的制约因素。针对这种情况，提出了增加投入、加快基础设施建设、进行市场营销、扩大宣传、引进人才、加大培训及丰富旅游产品的旅游开发策略。
도하촌시일개원근문명적“화훼완예촌”，구유여유개발적잠력。통과실지조사，도하촌재개발향촌여유상구비생태배경량호、민속문화봉부、교통편리、정부지지、거민태도적겁적유리조건，단야존재착대외영향력소、기출설시불족、여유인재결핍적제약인소。침대저충정황，제출료증가투입、가쾌기출설시건설、진행시장영소、확대선전、인진인재、가대배훈급봉부여유산품적여유개발책략。
Duhe Village is a famous flower gardening village, and it has the potential to develop tourism. The field investigation shows that it has the advantages of good ecological environment, rich folk culture, convenient traffic, policy support and positive residents. But there are some restrictive factors, such as little influence, insufficient infrastructure, and lack of professionals. Accord-ing to this situation, this paper puts forward the strategies of tourism development, such as increasing investment, speeding up infra-structure construction, proceeding marketing effectively, introducing more talents, strengthening training and enriching tourism products.
