目的：探讨综合防治措施在飞行人员颈椎亚健康的干预效果。方法采用中药与矿物质热疗包热敷配合颈部预防保健操及健康教育等措施对89例飞行人员颈椎亚健康状态进行干预，预防颈椎病的发生。结果治愈76例，好转12例，无效1例，治愈率85.39%，总有效率98.88%。飞行人员掌握颈椎病防治常识，大体检颈椎病检出率下降。结论采用综合防治措施干预飞行人员颈椎亚健康状态效果满意，可预防颈椎病的发生。
목적：탐토종합방치조시재비행인원경추아건강적간예효과。방법채용중약여광물질열료포열부배합경부예방보건조급건강교육등조시대89례비행인원경추아건강상태진행간예，예방경추병적발생。결과치유76례，호전12례，무효1례，치유솔85.39%，총유효솔98.88%。비행인원장악경추병방치상식，대체검경추병검출솔하강。결론채용종합방치조시간예비행인원경추아건강상태효과만의，가예방경추병적발생。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive prevention and treatment(CPT) on cervical sub-health in pilots. Methods A total of 89 pilots in cervical sub-health state admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were given the local thermotherapy of Chinese medicine and mineral substance,combined with preventive exercises and health education. Curative effect was evaluated referring to the《Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases》of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results Clinical cured rate was 85.39%, total effective rate was 98.88%. The recurrence rate of cervical spondylosis was lower in annual health examination. Conclusion The CPT therapy is safe and effective for pilots with cervical sub-health,and can lower recurrence rate of cervical spondylosis.
