With the introduction of new services and the diversification of service operation modes, the maintenance workload of service platforms is higher. Each maintenance staff needs to consider how to face the increasing maintenance work. By analyzing the existing maintenance and management mode from multiple perspectives, the key points have been found out. Combined with these key points, some suggestions are proposed for the maintenance and management mode.
