For the product with the lateral concave-convex structure and the forced demoulding, the injection mold structure with double push plate and secondary forced demoulding were improved and analyzed. Through comparison and production-proven the mold structure was set additional elastic element using for forced demoulding. The improved mold structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the mold structure is worthy of promotion.
