通过对GH4169的TIG焊接件下进行低周疲劳性能测试,得到相应的试验数据,并将得出的数据进行拟合分析最终得出该GH4169焊接件薄板在该状态下的曲线、疲劳寿命、疲劳强度等力学性能指标。在进行性能测试时还针对薄板试验件做了相应的夹具以改善其在试验过程的试样状态合理有效。
通過對GH4169的TIG銲接件下進行低週疲勞性能測試,得到相應的試驗數據,併將得齣的數據進行擬閤分析最終得齣該GH4169銲接件薄闆在該狀態下的麯線、疲勞壽命、疲勞彊度等力學性能指標。在進行性能測試時還針對薄闆試驗件做瞭相應的夾具以改善其在試驗過程的試樣狀態閤理有效。

The low-cycle fatigue tests for TIG welding (tungsten inert gas arc welding) samples of GH4169 alloy were carried out. The special clamp for the thin samples was designed to eliminate the side-deformation during test loading. The results of curve, fatigue life and fatigue strength of the TIG welding joints were acquired by fitting the test data.
