综述了电力电缆用交联聚乙烯（XLPE）绝缘料、聚乙烯护套料、无卤阻燃电缆料、硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆料、物理发泡聚乙烯电缆料和半导电屏蔽电缆料的产品情况、市场及效益、设备及技术，并对这些电缆料的开发提出了建议。从国内市场调研可以看到，需求量大、技术含量较低的电缆料品种已大部分国产化，并且产能过剩；而一些用量不大，但附加值高的电缆料仍主要依靠进口。建议主要研究开发XLPE绝缘料和半导电屏蔽料。

The author summarized the products, market and benefit, equipments and technologies of the crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated materials for power cable, polyethylene sheating compounds, halogen-free flame retardant cable materials, silane crosslinked polyethylene cable mate-rials, physics foaming polyethylene cable materials and semi-conductive shield cable materials. Some suggestions for developing the cable materials were put forward. The market research shows that the varieties of cable materials with high demand and low technology content are mostly realized localiza-tion and their capacities are excess, while those with low consumption and high value-added mainly depend on import. Therefore research and development work should focus on high voltage XLPE insulation material and semi-conductive shield cable material.
