采用星型混合器研究了混料时间、起始温度、搅拌速率等对软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂混合料混合效果的影响,并采用转矩流变仪研究了PVC混合料的塑化性能。结果表明:搅拌速率越快,PVC吸收增塑剂的速率越快,吸收时间缩短;起始温度越高,PVC吸收增塑剂的时间、干点出现时间以及最大扭矩出现时间均明显加快;物料混合过程中加入增塑剂的最佳温度为70~82℃;混料时间过长对混合效果影响不大,混合20min即可。

The influences of the blending time, initial temperature and stirring rate on the blending effect of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) blends were studied with a star-shaped mixer. The plasticity of PVC blends was researched with a torque rheometer. The results show that the higher the stirring rate is, the higher the plastici-zers absorption rate of PVC is, and therefore the absorption time is shortened. The plasticizers absorption, the occurrence of dry point and maximum torque accelerate significantly with increasing the initial temperature. The optimal temperature for adding plasticizers in the mixing process is 70-82 ℃. Excessively long blending time has little influence on the blending effect, and it is adequate for the blending to last for 20 minutes.
