采用扫描电子显微镜、激光粒径分析仪等表征了PGE-201型催化剂的形态,同时用PGE-201型催化剂在Unipol工艺的线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置上进行为期90天的长周期运行试验,并与原来使用的M型催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:PGE-201型催化剂颗粒形态好,氢调敏感性好,共聚合性能与M型催化剂相当,活性可达5~8kg/g;用PGE-201型催化剂生产的LLDPE粉料的细粉含量更少、粒径分布更均匀、堆密度达0.35~0.40g/cm3,力学性能与光学性能均有显著提高。
採用掃描電子顯微鏡、激光粒徑分析儀等錶徵瞭PGE-201型催化劑的形態,同時用PGE-201型催化劑在Unipol工藝的線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)裝置上進行為期90天的長週期運行試驗,併與原來使用的M型催化劑進行瞭對比。結果錶明:PGE-201型催化劑顆粒形態好,氫調敏感性好,共聚閤性能與M型催化劑相噹,活性可達5~8kg/g;用PGE-201型催化劑生產的LLDPE粉料的細粉含量更少、粒徑分佈更均勻、堆密度達0.35~0.40g/cm3,力學性能與光學性能均有顯著提高。

The morphology of PGE-201 catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and laser particle size analyzer. Ninety days long period running trial was performed with PGE-201 catalyst on a Unipol process linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant, and compared to that with M catalyst which was used on the plant. The results indicate that PGE-201 catalyst exhibits good particle morphology and hydro-gen response, its copolymerization performance is similar to that of M catalyst and its catalytic activity can reach 5-8 kg/g. The LLDPE powder produced with PGE-201 catalyst has less fine powder percentage and more even particle size distribution. The bulk density of the LLDPE product is 0.35-0.40 g/cm3. Moreover, the mechanical properties and optical properties of the product are improved significantly.
