以非洲菊3个品种叶片为材料,研究了不同基因型、叶片叶龄和叶片不同部位以及激素对非洲菊愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化的影响。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织较为适宜的外植体为嫩叶,以MS+6-BA 1.0~5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为培养基,愈伤组织诱导率均>98%;诱导分化不定芽较为适宜的外植体为叶柄,最适培养基为MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,但不定芽分化率较低,仅为4.2%。

이비주국3개품충협편위재료,연구료불동기인형、협편협령화협편불동부위이급격소대비주국유상조직유도화불정아분화적영향。결과표명:유도유상조직교위괄의적외식체위눈협,이MS+6-BA 1.0~5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L위배양기,유상조직유도솔균>98%;유도분화불정아교위괄의적외식체위협병,최괄배양기위MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,단불정아분화솔교저,부위4.2%。
The effects of different genotypes,leaf ages,parts and hormones on callus induction and bud differentiation were studied with leaf explants .The results showed that induction rate was all above 98%when tender leaves were the explants of callus induction and culture medium was MS +6-BA 1.0-5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L .The callus from petiole explants produced adventitious bud by subculture on MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,which had a low differentiation rate of 4.2%.
