以疏水性、大比表面积SiO2为载体,在钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OBu)4]的水解过程中加入冰乙酸(HOCA),并改变n(H2O)/n[Ti(OBu)4]和n[Ti(OBu)4]/n(HOCA),调节Ti(OBu)4水解速率和pH值,采用缩聚合制备了聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)用Ti-Si复合催化剂。用该Ti-Si复合催化剂合成的PBS的特性黏数为1.74g/dL,羧基含量为31mmol/kg,熔融温度为115.1℃,结晶温度为74.3℃,色相L=81.3,B=4.36。所制Ti-Si复合催化剂优于生产PBS的常用催化剂。

The titanium-silicate compound catalyst used for synthesis of poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) via polycondensation was prepared through tetrabutyl titanate hydrolysis with hydrophobic silicon dioxide having large surface area as the carrier and glacial acetic acid in the process by changing the molar ratio of water to tet-rabutyl titanate and tetrabutyl titanate to glacial acetic acid in order to regulate the hydrolysis rate and pH value. The results show that the PBS synthesized with the catalyst has intrinsic viscosity of 1.74 g/dL, carboxyl content of 31 mmol/kg, melting temperature of 115.1 ℃, crystalline temperature of 74.3 ℃, and hue L of 81.3 and B of 4.36. This compound catalyst prepared is superior to conventional catalysts for producing PBS.
