目的：探讨经外周静脉输注脐带血间充质干细胞移植联合口服中药治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床效果及不良反应。方法22例肝硬化失代偿期患者采取外周静脉输注途径移植脐带血间充质干细胞，移植后当天起连续给予口服中药汤剂10 d，分别于移植术后观察患者临床症状、肝功能及不良反应。结果术后4周、8周肝功能明显改善（P<0.05），患者临床症状也有不同程度改善，未见明显不良反应和并发症发生。结论经外周静脉输注脐带血间充质干细胞移植联合口服中药治疗失代偿期肝硬化短期内有效、安全。
목적：탐토경외주정맥수주제대혈간충질간세포이식연합구복중약치료실대상기간경화적림상효과급불량반응。방법22례간경화실대상기환자채취외주정맥수주도경이식제대혈간충질간세포，이식후당천기련속급여구복중약탕제10 d，분별우이식술후관찰환자림상증상、간공능급불량반응。결과술후4주、8주간공능명현개선（P<0.05），환자림상증상야유불동정도개선，미견명현불량반응화병발증발생。결론경외주정맥수주제대혈간충질간세포이식연합구복중약치료실대상기간경화단기내유효、안전。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic and adverse effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells ( UC-MSC) transplantation combined oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. Methods Total of 22 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis treated with human UC-MSC transplantation via peripheral vein, combined oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine 10 days. The clinical symptoms, ascites, biochemical test(ALT, ALB and PT)were observed. Results Significant improvement in clinical symptom, biochemical testwas found after 4,8 weeks (P<0.05). There was no patient suffered severe complications and adverse reactions associated with transplantation. Conclusions UC-MSC transplantation via peripheral vein combined oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis was effective and safety in short term.
