目的:探讨Gsk-3β、β-catenin和CyclinD1在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化Envision法检测Gsk-3β、β-catenin和CyclinD1在48例胶质瘤和11例对照组(正常脑组织)中的表达情况。结果 Gsk-3β、β-catenin、CyclinD1的表达在脑胶质瘤和对照组(正常脑组织)之间以及胶质瘤的高低级别组之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),β-catenin和CyclinD1在颅内胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),β-catenin与Gsk-3β在胶质瘤中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤组织中存在Gsk-3β低表达和β-catenin高表达,以及细胞周期调节紊乱,这三种蛋白可能在胶质瘤的发生过程中起一定作用。

목적:탐토Gsk-3β、β-catenin화CyclinD1재뇌효질류중적표체급의의。방법응용면역조화Envision법검측Gsk-3β、β-catenin화CyclinD1재48례효질류화11례대조조(정상뇌조직)중적표체정황。결과 Gsk-3β、β-catenin、CyclinD1적표체재뇌효질류화대조조(정상뇌조직)지간이급효질류적고저급별조지간차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05),β-catenin화CyclinD1재로내효질류중적표체정정상관(P<0.05),β-catenin여Gsk-3β재효질류중적표체정부상관(P<0.05)。결론효질류조직중존재Gsk-3β저표체화β-catenin고표체,이급세포주기조절문란,저삼충단백가능재효질류적발생과정중기일정작용。
Objective To study the expression of Gsk-3β、β-catenin、CyclinD1 as well as their significance in the develo pment and malignant progression of gliomas. Methods "Envision two steps"of Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of Gsk-3β、β-catenin and CyclinD1 in 48 Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded samples of glioma,11cases of normal brain tissues respectively. Results Expression of Gsk-3βprotain in control are significantly higher than in gliomas (P<0.05), and also the expression rate of Gsk-3βin gliomas of grade I~II are significantly higher than in gliomas of grade III~IV(P<0.05). Overexpression ofβ-catenin and CyclinD1 in gliomas was related to histopathological grade (P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of β-catenin and CyclinD1 (P<0.05).But There was negatively correlation between the expression ofβ-catenin and Gsk-3β(P<0.05). Conclusion The reduced expression of Gsk-3,overexpression ofβ-catenin and the disturbance of cell cycle exist in gliomas. Gsk-3β、β-catenin and CyclinD1 may play an important role in the tumorgenesis and malignant progress in glioma.
