近年来米氏凯伦藻赤潮引发的赤潮频率逐渐增加、规模不断扩大,引起了广泛关注,但其来源及扩散方式尚不明确。本研究在分析国内外文献资料的基础上,从米氏凯伦藻的生物学特征、发现历史和引发赤潮、与环境条件关系等多各角度,阐述了米氏凯伦藻的分布和发生规律。结果显示米氏凯伦藻为我国海域外来藻种,其源头为日本,传播路径可能以传播压舱水的形式由日本或由日本经由欧美传入我国。该藻种引发的有毒赤潮事件20世纪60年代起在日本最早出现,而我国于1998年才首次出现,随后呈由南向北的扩散趋势,目前浙江和福建海域是米氏凯伦藻赤潮的主要发生区域。米氏凯伦藻赤潮的发生可能与光照、温度和富营养化等有关。

근년래미씨개륜조적조인발적적조빈솔축점증가、규모불단확대,인기료엄범관주,단기래원급확산방식상불명학。본연구재분석국내외문헌자료적기출상,종미씨개륜조적생물학특정、발현역사화인발적조、여배경조건관계등다각각도,천술료미씨개륜조적분포화발생규률。결과현시미씨개륜조위아국해역외래조충,기원두위일본,전파로경가능이전파압창수적형식유일본혹유일본경유구미전입아국。해조충인발적유독적조사건20세기60년대기재일본최조출현,이아국우1998년재수차출현,수후정유남향북적확산추세,목전절강화복건해역시미씨개륜조적조적주요발생구역。미씨개륜조적조적발생가능여광조、온도화부영양화등유관。
Caused by Kareniamikimotoi red tide bloom frequency had increased and expanded gradually, had attracted wide atten-tion, but its origin and diffusion is not clear in recent years. In this study, the law of Kareniamikimotoi 's distribution and occur-rence had been illustrated based on its biological characteristics, found in history and the relationship with environmental factors through the analysis of literature data. The results showed that Kareniamikimotoi is alien algal species for China waters. And Japan was thought to be its origin, the propagation path may be provided by Japan or from Japan into China via Europethrough ballast water carried. These algae species bloomed as harmful al-gae red tide since the 1960s and first appeared in Japan, while it was first bloomed in China in 1998, and then, the tendency to spread from south to north. So far from Zhejiang to Fujian waters are the mainly region of Kareniamikimotoi bloom. Karenia algal blooms may occur with light, temperature and eutrophication and so on.
