专业建设与就业创业平台构建之间存在着密不可分的关系，这些关系可以体现在促进就业创业、促进教学改革、提高人才培养质量以及促进职业教育稳定和谐发展等方面。构建就业创业平台必须与专业建设相融合，在就业创业平台构建中渗透专业建设，在专业建设中融入就业创业要素。专业建设必须以就业创业为导向，体现就业创业之需，为就业创业平台的构建奠定基础，就业创业平台为专业建设服务，二者密不可分，相辅相成。

There is inseparable relationship between specialty construction and employment and pioneering platform construction in vocational colleges.The relationship can be seen in promoting employment and pioneering,promoting teaching reform,impro-ving the quality of personnel training and promoting the stable and harmonious development of vocational education and so on.Building the platform for employment and pioneering and specialty construction must be integrated in order to permeate into each other.Specialty construction must be guided by employment and pioneering to reflect the demands of them and to lay a foundation for employment and pioneering platform construction.In return,employment and pioneering platform will serve spe-cialty construction.They are inseparable and mutually reinforcing.
