综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、误差、啮合相位及滑动轴承刚度等因素的影响,建立齿轮箱动响应分析模型。采用自主研发的稳态动响应计算流程对齿轮箱动响应做出了计算,得到了箱体节点振动加速度响应时域历程,对各激励成分对动响应的影响做出了分析。采用声固耦合的方法对齿轮箱声辐射进行求解,得到了齿轮箱噪声谱及声压分布云图。就齿轮箱壁厚、阻尼涂层以及约束阻尼对其噪声辐射的影响做出了讨论,为船用齿轮箱的设计提供了理论依据。

The dynamic response of the gear box is researched in consideration of the time-varying mesh stiffness, gear errors, mesh phase and sliding bearing stiffness. The dynamic response model is set up and solved by using mode superposition method. The time history of node acceleration of the gearbox is obtained, and the effect of the frequency components of the excitation on dynamic response of the gearbox is re-searched. Structural-acoustic coupling noise response analysis is done. The effect of the gearbox thickness and damping coat on the noise radiation is researched. The study provides useful theoretical guideline to the design of the marine gearbox.
