针对试件无质量化和力传感器刚体化假设等因素对迟滞相频特性方法测量精度存在的影响,以试件拉压安装方式为例,首先推导了考虑粘弹性试件质量、力传感器刚度影响的改进测量方程,然后利用基于迟滞相频特性方法的测量系统对某阻尼材料动态力学性能进行了测量,最后通过基于经典测量方程与改进测量方程获得的材料参数的对比,分析了上述因素对材料力学参数测量结果的影响规律。
針對試件無質量化和力傳感器剛體化假設等因素對遲滯相頻特性方法測量精度存在的影響,以試件拉壓安裝方式為例,首先推導瞭攷慮粘彈性試件質量、力傳感器剛度影響的改進測量方程,然後利用基于遲滯相頻特性方法的測量繫統對某阻尼材料動態力學性能進行瞭測量,最後通過基于經典測量方程與改進測量方程穫得的材料參數的對比,分析瞭上述因素對材料力學參數測量結果的影響規律。

Because there are differences between the theoretical model and the practical measuring system, the precision of the HPFC method is effected seriously by the system’s dynamic masses and the force transducer’s stiffness. So, the improved measuring equations taking the factors mentioned above into ac-count were obtained based on the theory of HPFC method and the improved mechanical models of the sys-tem, and then the laws how the system’s dynamic masses and the force transducer’s stiffness effected the results were analyzed respectively. This paper supplies theoretical gists for the measuring system and more accurate data-processing methods.
