Guanxin II Hao%medicated serum%ischemia reperfusion injury
目的:探讨冠心II号方对心肌缺血再灌注样损伤的保护作用。方法:体外培养心肌细胞,造成缺氧/复氧模型,模拟心肌缺血再灌注样损伤,实验分为含10%空白血清的空白对照组、10%冠心II号血清的实验组和10%合心爽血清的阳性对照组,检测心肌细胞培养上清液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及心肌细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。结果:与空白对照组相比,冠心II号组和阳性对照组心肌细胞培养上清液中LDH活性明显降低(P<0.05);CK的活性也显著下降(P<0.01),MDA含量明显减少(P<0.05);而心肌细胞中SOD活性显著增强(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方冠心II号对心肌细胞缺血再灌注样损伤具有明显的保护作用。

목적:탐토관심II호방대심기결혈재관주양손상적보호작용。방법:체외배양심기세포,조성결양/복양모형,모의심기결혈재관주양손상,실험분위함10%공백혈청적공백대조조、10%관심II호혈청적실험조화10%합심상혈청적양성대조조,검측심기세포배양상청액중유산탈경매(LDH)활성、린산기산격매(CK)활성、병이철(MDA)함량급심기세포중초양화물기화매(SOD)활성변화。결과:여공백대조조상비,관심II호조화양성대조조심기세포배양상청액중LDH활성명현강저(P<0.05);CK적활성야현저하강(P<0.01),MDA함량명현감소(P<0.05);이심기세포중SOD활성현저증강(P<0.01)。결론:중약복방관심II호대심기세포결혈재관주양손상구유명현적보호작용。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effects of Guanxin II Hao in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS:Myocardial cells were cultured in vitro in a hypoxia/reoxygenation model,simulating myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. The experiment was divided into 10%blank serum control group,10%Guanxin II Hao serum experimental group and 10%gathers the heart crisp serum the masculine control group. Myocardial cells with lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine kinase (CK) release and malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was evaluated. RESULTS:Guanxin II Hao group compared with the blank serum group, supernatant of cultured LDH release was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the amount of released CK was also decreased significantly(P<0.01). MDA content decreased significantly(P<0.05);whilst SOD activity was significantly enhanced (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:This Chinese medicine compound used for treating coronary heart disease showed protective effects on myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury in vitro.
