目的:探讨胰腺癌组织中Pim-3的表达及其与癌细胞增殖的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测15例正常胰腺组织和49例胰腺癌组织中Pim-3与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白的表达,并计算PCNA增殖指数。结果:Pim-3在正常胰腺组织中不表达,而在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达,表达率为73.47%(36/49),明显高于正常胰腺组织(P<0.01)。胰腺癌组织中PCNA的增殖指数(32.54%±14.69%)明显高于正常胰腺组织(6.25%±2.59%)(P<0.01)。且随胰腺癌细胞中Pim-3蛋白表达水平升高,肿瘤细胞增殖活性相应增加,Pim-3蛋白表达与PCNA增殖指数呈正相关(r=0.726,P<0.01)。结论:Pim-3在胰腺癌组织中高表达,Pim-3与细胞的增殖密切相关,可能在胰腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

목적:탐토이선암조직중Pim-3적표체급기여암세포증식적상관성。방법:채용면역조화SP법검측15례정상이선조직화49례이선암조직중Pim-3여증식세포핵항원(PCNA)단백적표체,병계산PCNA증식지수。결과:Pim-3재정상이선조직중불표체,이재이선암조직중양성표체,표체솔위73.47%(36/49),명현고우정상이선조직(P<0.01)。이선암조직중PCNA적증식지수(32.54%±14.69%)명현고우정상이선조직(6.25%±2.59%)(P<0.01)。차수이선암세포중Pim-3단백표체수평승고,종류세포증식활성상응증가,Pim-3단백표체여PCNA증식지수정정상관(r=0.726,P<0.01)。결론:Pim-3재이선암조직중고표체,Pim-3여세포적증식밀절상관,가능재이선암적발생발전중기중요작용。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of Pim-3 in pancreatic carcinoma and its correlation with cell proliferation. METHODS:The streptavidin-peroxidase complex technique was used to examine the expression of Pim-3 and PCNA proteins in 15 normal pancreatic tissue and 49 pancreatic carcinoma and the proliferative index (PI) was calculated. RESULTS:In normal pancreatic tissue Pim-3 was not detected,whereas in pancreatic carcinoma the positive expression ratio of Pim-3 was 73.47% (36/49).The positive rate of Pim-3 in pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue (P<0.01).The PI in normal pancreatic tissue and pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma was 6.25%±2.59% and 32.54%±14.69%,respectively,also with a significant difference (P<0.01).With the increase in the expression of Pim-3 protein,the cell proliferating activity increased in the tumor cells. The Pim-3 expression level was positively correlated with PI (r=0.726,P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Pim-3 was overexpresed in human pancreatic carcinoma,and it may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of pancreatic carcinoma.
