为分析近5年国内文献毫针治疗颈性眩晕的临床应用现状，检索2009年1月1日～2013年7月1日中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）和维普资讯-中文科技期刊数据库（ VIP），分别从疗法与疗效、穴位选择、临床操作3方面进行总结归纳。结果表明毫针治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切；毫针与它法联合治疗使用较多；风池、颈夹脊、百会等为常用穴位。但目前临床操作欠规范，临床治疗规律不明确，机制研究不充分，有待进一步完善。
위분석근5년국내문헌호침치료경성현훈적림상응용현상，검색2009년1월1일～2013년7월1일중국기간전문수거고（ CNKI）화유보자신-중문과기기간수거고（ VIP），분별종요법여료효、혈위선택、림상조작3방면진행총결귀납。결과표명호침치료경성현훈료효학절；호침여타법연합치료사용교다；풍지、경협척、백회등위상용혈위。단목전림상조작흠규범，림상치료규률불명학，궤제연구불충분，유대진일보완선。
Electronic retrieval was carried out on literatures from the period of Jan 1st,2009 to July 1st,2013 in databases of CNKI and VIP .The selected literatures were summarized and classified from the aspects of treat-ment ,curative effect ,acupoint selection and manipulations to analyze the status of clinical application on cervical vertigo treated with acupuncture needle in recent five years .It turned out that acupuncture for treating cervical vertigo was effective.It was common that acupuncture was used with other therapies .Fengchi(GB 20),cervical Jiaji(EX-B 2)and Baihui(DU 20)were the common acupoints.However,manipulations of acupuncture were not standardized .Laws of clinic were not clear .Mechanism researches were still inadequate .All of these were needed to be improved .
