综合近年有关针刺治疗三叉神经痛的文献，通过对各种治疗方法的归纳，如针刺、电针、针刺结合中药、针刺配合刺络拔罐、针刺结合穴位注射，梳理针灸在三叉神经痛上的治疗进展，提出以往研究中存在的问题，探究今后的临床研究方向。
종합근년유관침자치료삼차신경통적문헌，통과대각충치료방법적귀납，여침자、전침、침자결합중약、침자배합자락발관、침자결합혈위주사，소리침구재삼차신경통상적치료진전，제출이왕연구중존재적문제，탐구금후적림상연구방향。
The article summarizes acupuncture treatments for trigeminal neuralgia from six aspects including acupuncture ,electro-acupuncture , acupuncture plus Chinese medicine , acupuncture and point injection and combination therapy in recent years .Highlight the recent advances in the treatment of acupuncture and moxi-bustion for trigeminal neuralgia and propose some problems on previous studies and focal point of the study are put forward for the future .
