目的：观察穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效及优势。方法：将150例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组73例，对照组77例。治疗组予穴位埋线治疗，取穴关元、肾俞、血海、足三里、阳陵泉，15天1次，6次一疗程；对照组予杞菊地黄丸口服6 g/次，每日3次，3个月一疗程。两组1个疗程结束后进行近期疗效评价，随访6个月后再进行远期疗效评价，同时观察不良反应及依从性。结果：研究发现穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征近远期显效率、总有效率都显著优于对照组（P＜0．01）；治疗随访无明显不良反应，患者依从性佳（P＜0．05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效佳，依从性强，有独特优势。

목적：관찰혈위매선치료만성피로종합정적료효급우세。방법：장150례만성피로종합정환자수궤분위치료조73례，대조조77례。치료조여혈위매선치료，취혈관원、신유、혈해、족삼리、양릉천，15천1차，6차일료정；대조조여기국지황환구복6 g/차，매일3차，3개월일료정。량조1개료정결속후진행근기료효평개，수방6개월후재진행원기료효평개，동시관찰불량반응급의종성。결과：연구발현혈위매선치료만성피로종합정근원기현효솔、총유효솔도현저우우대조조（P＜0．01）；치료수방무명현불량반응，환자의종성가（P＜0．05）。결론：혈위매선치료만성피로종합정료효가，의종성강，유독특우세。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and superiority of acupoint catgut -embedding on chronic fatigue syndrome ( CFS) .Methods:The selected cases of CFS were randomly divided into acupoint catgut -em-bedding treatment group with 73 patients and the taking Qiju Dihuang pill orally control group with 77 patients. Criteria of therapeutical effect on chronic fatigue syndrome with traditional Chinese medical science and fatigue assessment instrument were adopted to assess the efficacy in the two groups .The short-term effects were as-sessed after a course of treatment and the long -term effects were assessed the follow -up visit after six months . On the other hand , the untoward effect and the compliance were also observed in the two groups .Results:The short-term remarkably effective rate of the treatment group was strikingly better than that in the control group ( P<0 .01 ) .The short-term total effective rate of the treatment group was much better than that in the control group ( P<0 .01 ) .The long -term remarkably effective rate of the treatment group was strikingly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The short-term total effective rate of the treatment group was much better than that in the control group (P <0.01).There was no significant difference between the short -term and long-term effects after acupoint catgut -embedding treatment .Compared with the control group , the compli-ance of the treatment group was better ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:The clinical effect and compliance of acupiont catgut-embedding on chronic fatigue syndrome has unique advantages .
