目的：调查分析中医医院ICU护士的焦虑情况，为护理管理者采取针对性的措施提供参考依据。方法：采用一般资料问卷和焦虑自评量表(SAS)，运用目的抽样的方法对黑龙江省5家大型中医医院的48名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果：中医医院ICU护士的焦虑水平SAS得分(44.19±16.14)分，高于国内常模(29.78±0.46)分；焦虑情绪在不同年龄、婚姻状态、学历、工作年限中存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：中医医院护理管理者应提高对ICU护士焦虑情绪的重视，积极采取应对措施，改善护士的焦虑情绪，以提高护士的心理承受能力和应对能力，促进ICU护士的身心健康。

목적：조사분석중의의원ICU호사적초필정황，위호리관리자채취침대성적조시제공삼고의거。방법：채용일반자료문권화초필자평량표(SAS)，운용목적추양적방법대흑룡강성5가대형중의의원적48명ICU호사진행문권조사。결과：중의의원ICU호사적초필수평SAS득분(44.19±16.14)분，고우국내상모(29.78±0.46)분；초필정서재불동년령、혼인상태、학력、공작년한중존재현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론：중의의원호리관리자응제고대ICU호사초필정서적중시，적겁채취응대조시，개선호사적초필정서，이제고호사적심리승수능력화응대능력，촉진ICU호사적신심건강。
Objective:To investigate and analyze anxiety of ICU nurses in hospitals of traditional Chinese Medicine,and provide reference for nursing managers to take measures.Methods:48 nurses in ICU from 5 large traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were investigated by the general information questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results:The anxiety level of ICU nurses in Chinese traditional medicine hospitals is higher than the national norm;Anxiety has significant difference in different age,marital status,education,work experience (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing managers should pay more attention to anxiety of ICU nurses in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,and to take active measures to reduce the anxiety of nurses,in order to improve their psychological endurance and coping ability,to promote the physical and mental health of nurses.
