目的：检测消痰养胃方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜细胞凋亡相关Bax和Bcl-2蛋白的干预,探讨该方对胃癌前病变的影响机制。方法：将75只健康清洁级W istar雄性大鼠分为空白对照组和模型组,模型组采用以化学干预为主的多因素造模方法,共24周。模型组再分为模型对照组、阳性药物组(维酶素)、中药治疗组(消痰养胃方),干预6周后采用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃黏膜中Bcl-2和Bax蛋白的表达水平。喂药6周后检测大鼠胃黏膜细胞中Bax及Bcl-2蛋白表达的差异。结果：相对维酶素组及模型对照组,Bax蛋白阳性表达率增高(P<0.05),消痰养胃方组的Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率降低(P<0.05)。结论：消痰养胃方干预胃癌前病变的机制有可能通过增加Bax蛋白的表达和降低胃黏膜细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达从而加速胃黏膜细胞凋亡而实现的。
목적：검측소담양위방대위암전병변대서위점막세포조망상관Bax화Bcl-2단백적간예,탐토해방대위암전병변적영향궤제。방법：장75지건강청길급W istar웅성대서분위공백대조조화모형조,모형조채용이화학간예위주적다인소조모방법,공24주。모형조재분위모형대조조、양성약물조(유매소)、중약치료조(소담양위방),간예6주후채용면역조화법검측대서위점막중Bcl-2화Bax단백적표체수평。위약6주후검측대서위점막세포중Bax급Bcl-2단백표체적차이。결과：상대유매소조급모형대조조,Bax단백양성표체솔증고(P<0.05),소담양위방조적Bcl-2단백양성표체솔강저(P<0.05)。결론：소담양위방간예위암전병변적궤제유가능통과증가Bax단백적표체화강저위점막세포Bcl-2단백표체종이가속위점막세포조망이실현적。
Objective:To investigate the impact of Xiao Tan Yang Wei Prescription on the rats of gastric mucosal cell apoptosis and to explore potential mechanisms involved from Bax and Bcl-2 protein expression.Methods:75 rats of clean grade were randomly divided into normal control group(15),model group(60),after the model were successful(24 weeks),then divide model control group into retinoic acid group,and Prescription group.We give the medicine to every group 6 weeks,then use immunohistochemical technology to detect Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression of rats.Results:The Bcl-2 protein positive expression rate of Xiao Tan Yang Wei Prescription is lower than the group of retinoic acid and mode control group(P<0.05),Bax protein positive expression rate of Xiao Tan Yang Wei Prescription is higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Tan Yang Wei Prescription has a good effect against PLGC,to some extent,it is relative to the gastric precancerous lesion cell apoptosis.
