目的：观察非扩髓肱骨髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法：选择2010年9月~2012年8月我院肱骨干骨折患者126例,随机分组。A组接受非扩髓肱骨髓内钉内固定治疗,B组接受锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。术后随访1年,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能的差异。结果：与A组对比发现,B组手术时间较长,术中出血量较大,骨折愈合时间较长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组肩关节功能,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：非扩髓肱骨髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折均可改善患者肩关节功能,其中非扩髓肱骨髓内钉内固定手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后骨折愈合时间短,具有更大的临床优势。
목적：관찰비확수굉골수내정여쇄정가압강판치료굉골간골절적림상효과。방법：선택2010년9월~2012년8월아원굉골간골절환자126례,수궤분조。A조접수비확수굉골수내정내고정치료,B조접수쇄정가압강판내고정치료。술후수방1년,대비량조수술시간、술중출혈량、골절유합시간、견관절공능적차이。결과：여A조대비발현,B조수술시간교장,술중출혈량교대,골절유합시간교장,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대비량조견관절공능,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：비확수굉골수내정여쇄정가압강판치료굉골간골절균가개선환자견관절공능,기중비확수굉골수내정내고정수술시간단、술중출혈량소、술후골절유합시간단,구유경대적림상우세。
Objective:Observe the effect of non reamed intramedullary nail and locking compression plate in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures.Methods:Choose 126 cases in Sep. 2010 to Aug.2012 in our hospital,randomly group.Group A received non reamed intramedullary nail fixation,group B received locking compression plate fixation.1 year later,compared of operation time,amount of bleeding,fracture healing time,shoulder joint function.Results:Compared with Group A,group B operation time,the healing time of fracture,bleeding amount is larger,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Comparing of shoulder joint function,no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Non reamed intramedullary nail and locking compression plate in treatment of humerus shaft can improve the function of shoulder joint fracture,in which non reamed intramedullary nail fixation of shorter operation time,less bleeding,postoperative fracture healing time is short,has the advantage of greater clinical.
