目的：研究分析SP方案与XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效与安全性。方法给予本院收治的84例晚期胃癌患者，分别采用SP方案与XELOX方案治疗，对比分析治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组治疗有效率对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但两组不良反应发生率对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对晚期胃癌患者实施治疗时，SP方案与XELOX方案效果相同，因此在对患者实施治疗时，应根据患者具体临床资料选择合适的治疗方案。
목적：연구분석SP방안여XELOX방안치료만기위암적료효여안전성。방법급여본원수치적84례만기위암환자，분별채용SP방안여XELOX방안치료，대비분석치료효과。결과치료후，량조치료유효솔대비차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），단량조불량반응발생솔대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재대만기위암환자실시치료시，SP방안여XELOX방안효과상동，인차재대환자실시치료시，응근거환자구체림상자료선택합괄적치료방안。
Objective To study clinical efficacy and safety of SP and XELOX scheme in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer research .Methods 84 cases of advanced gastric cancer were treated in our hospital , re-spectively SP and XELOX scheme , comparative analysis of the effect .Results After treatment , two groups of ef-fective rate of treatment comparison was not statistically significant , P<0.05 had no statistical significance , but the two groups the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically significant , P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer , SP and XELOX scheme in the same effect , and so on to treat patients, patients should be based on the specific clinical data to choose the appropriate treatment plan .
