目的：分析乳腺X线不同分型对乳腺癌诊断的影像，提高诊断准确性。方法收集本院2010年6月～2013年6月乳腺癌患者共计160例，行模拟乳腺X线摄影系统＋CR图像处理，并经手术病理证实为乳腺癌，对不同X线分型与漏诊的情况进行分析。结果乳腺不同X线分型对乳腺癌诊断有影响，检查160例中漏诊9例，3例为致密型，6例为腺纤维型。结论在X线诊断过程中，仔细阅片，注意方法，加强责任心，规范操作，可减少钼靶X线检查的漏诊。
목적：분석유선X선불동분형대유선암진단적영상，제고진단준학성。방법수집본원2010년6월～2013년6월유선암환자공계160례，행모의유선X선섭영계통＋CR도상처리，병경수술병리증실위유선암，대불동X선분형여루진적정황진행분석。결과유선불동X선분형대유선암진단유영향，검사160례중루진9례，3례위치밀형，6례위선섬유형。결론재X선진단과정중，자세열편，주의방법，가강책임심，규범조작，가감소목파X선검사적루진。
Objective To analyze effect of different types of breast X-ray for breast cancer diagnosis to improve the diagnostic accuracy .Methods Collected 160 cases of breast cancer patients from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital to perform line simulation breast X-ray photography system +CR image processing , and diagnosis of breast cancer confirmed by surgery pathology , the situation of different classification and diag-nosis by X-ray analysis .Results different breast X-ray classification had influence on the breast cancer diag-nosis, out of 160 cases, 9 cases of misdiagnosis , 3 cases of dense type , 6 cases of gland fiber type .Conclusion In the process of X-ray diagnosis , reading carefully and paying attention to methods , strengthening the sense of responsibility , standardizing operation can reduce the molybdenum target X-ray in diagnosis .
