目的：探讨盐酸利多卡因宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉在高频电刀切除宫颈息肉术中，减少患者痛苦及其术后复发率的效果。方法对高频电刀宫颈息肉电切90例患者手术前在宫颈黏膜与阴道黏膜交界处4、8点，注射盐酸利多卡因行宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉，观察患者术中、术后的反应，作为观察组；另选90例术前不用麻醉，直接用高频电刀切除宫颈息肉作为对照组。结果观察组镇痛效果比较好，术后复发率少于对照组（ P＜0.01）。结论此方法在门诊手术室进行，不需住院，简单、安全、经济方便，可减少患者痛苦，有效预防宫颈息肉复发。
목적：탐토염산리다잡인궁경방신경조체마취재고빈전도절제궁경식육술중，감소환자통고급기술후복발솔적효과。방법대고빈전도궁경식육전절90례환자수술전재궁경점막여음도점막교계처4、8점，주사염산리다잡인행궁경방신경조체마취，관찰환자술중、술후적반응，작위관찰조；령선90례술전불용마취，직접용고빈전도절제궁경식육작위대조조。결과관찰조진통효과비교호，술후복발솔소우대조조（ P＜0.01）。결론차방법재문진수술실진행，불수주원，간단、안전、경제방편，가감소환자통고，유효예방궁경식육복발。
Objective To investigate lidocaine effect of reducing the pain the patients suffer and their recurrence rate on hydrochloride paracervical nerve block anesthesia in high -frequency electric knife excision of cervical polyp surgery .Methods observation group: inject Lidocaine at the junction of 4,8 points between cervical mucosa and vaginal mucosa in 90 patients who undergo high-frequency electric knife transurethral resec-tion of cervical polyps before surgery , conduct paracervical nerve block anesthesia , observe reaction of patients with intraoperative and postoperative;control group:select 90 cases without anesthesia , use direct electrosurgi-cal excision of cervical polyp .Results The analgesic effect of observation group is better , the recurrence rate is lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion This method can be carried out in an outpatient oper-ating room, without the need of hospitalization .It is simple, safe, economical and convenient .It can reduce the suffering of patients and effectively prevent cervical polyp recurrence .
