目的：通过分析HPV16-E6蛋白在食管正常组织、不典型性增生组织和癌组织中的表达，探讨HPV16-E6蛋白在梅州地区客家人食管鳞癌组发生、发展中的生物学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测对68例食管正常黏膜组织、20例上皮不典型增生组织及68例癌组织中HPV16-E6蛋白的表达情况进行研究。结果 HPV16-E6蛋白阳性率在正常食管黏膜组织中为14.7％，在上皮不典型性增生组织中为45.0％，在癌组织中为70.6％，各组间差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 HPV16-E6蛋白与梅州地区客家人食管鳞癌的发生、发展关系密切。

목적：통과분석HPV16-E6단백재식관정상조직、불전형성증생조직화암조직중적표체，탐토HPV16-E6단백재매주지구객가인식관린암조발생、발전중적생물학의의。방법응용면역조직화학방법검측대68례식관정상점막조직、20례상피불전형증생조직급68례암조직중HPV16-E6단백적표체정황진행연구。결과 HPV16-E6단백양성솔재정상식관점막조직중위14.7％，재상피불전형성증생조직중위45.0％，재암조직중위70.6％，각조간차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론 HPV16-E6단백여매주지구객가인식관린암적발생、발전관계밀절。
Objective To explore the biological significance of HPV 16-E6 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinogenesis of Meizhou Hakka People through determining the expression of HPV 16-E6 protein in normal tissues, dysplasia tissues and carcinoma tissues of esophagus .Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of the HPV 16-E6 protein in 68 cases of normal tissues , 20 cases of dysplasia tis-sues and 68 cases of carcinoma tissues of esophagus .Results The positive rates of HPV16-E6 protein in the tissues of normal mucosa ,dysplasia and carcinoma of esophagus patients were 14.7%, 45.0%and 70.6%re-spectively .There was significantly difference among the three groups respectively ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion HPV16-E6 protein are highly associated with esophageal squamous cell carcinogenesis of Meizhou Hakka Peo -ple.
