针对滚针轴承试验中滚针端部过早出现剥落的现象,经分析与理论推证认为是载荷偏大引起轴弯曲变形,滚针边缘产生应力集中所致。改进方案试验结果表明,使用阶梯轴能增强轴的弯曲刚度,满足试验要求,另外滚针全长上最大偏斜角应小于0.001 rad。

Aiming at the early flaking phenomenon at end of needle roller in needle roller bearing test,the bending de-formation of shaft is caused by higher load and the stress concentration is appeared at edge of needle roller by the analy-sis and theoretical derivation.The improved test results show that the bending rigidity of shaft is enhanced by using the stepped shaft,which can meet the test requirements.The maximum deflection-angle of needle roller full length should be less than 0.001 rad.
