胶体金免疫层析技术是一种新型的免疫检测技术，具有操作简单、方便快速、特异性强、灵敏度高、无需特殊仪器等优点。本文简要阐述了胶体金技术在检测猪瘟抗原及猪瘟抗体上的应用现状，并提出了该技术目前存在的问题及未来的发展方向。

Colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay is a new immunoassay technology,which is simple, rapid, specific, sensitive and without any instrument. The application of this method in diagnosis of classical swine fever antigen or antibody were reviewed in this paper, and some ques-tions or new developing directions of this method were put forward in the end.
