目的:探讨护士职业应对自我效能的相关因素。方法:应用自填式结构问卷收集资料,立意抽样法进行问卷调查。研究对象为河南省两所综合三甲医院493名护士。结果:护士职业应对自我效能在关系相处困难方面平均得分(3.78±0.74)分,职业负担方面平均得分(3.25±0.80)分;护士职业压力源总分(90.29±17.41)分;职称、学历、是否倒班、工龄、工作人事关系在职业应对自我效能方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);工作科室、是否倒班在职业压力源方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);职业压力源与职业自我效能呈中度负相关(P<0.01)。结论:护士的职业压力源水平较高,排序第一位的为工作量及时间分配方面;影响护士职业应对自我效能的因素有职称、学历、是否倒班、工龄、工作人事关系类型;个体感知的压力水平越高,其职业应对自我效能水平越低。

Objective: To explore the nurse occupational coping self-efficacy and its related factors.Method: Data were collected via a self-constructed questionnaire, used the purposive sampling method. Subjects were nurses from twograde-A general hospitals in Henan Province.Result: The nurse occupational coping self-efficacy in relational difficulties’ mean score was (3.78 ± 0.74), occupation burden’ mean score was (3.25 ± 0.80); nurses’ occupational stressor score was (90.29 ± 17.41); there was a statistically significant difference between the different job title, educational background, work shifts, nursing age, labor relations in the nurses’ occupational coping self-efficacy (P<0.01). And there was a statistically significant difference between the different departments, work shifts in the nurses’ occupational stressor (P<0.01);the nurses’ occupational stressor and the nurses’ occupational coping self-efficacy were negatively correlated (P<0.01).Conclusion: The level of nurse occupational stress was higher, The first was workload and time distribution; The factors of the nurses’ occupational coping self-efficacy related to job title、educational background,work shifts,nursing age,labor relations. Self- perceived occupational stress level was higher, the level of its occupational coping self-efficacy was lower.
