目的：探讨针药结合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄的临床效果。方法：随机选取2011年3月-2013年8月在本院进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄患者60例，根据患者个人意愿分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用单纯手法推拿治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予针药治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及疼痛程度。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%，对照组为80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组的疼痛均有不同程度地减轻，且观察组疼痛改善程度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用针药结合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出伴椎管狭窄具有显著的治疗效果，具有临床推广的意义。
목적：탐토침약결합수법치료요추간반돌출반추관협착적림상효과。방법：수궤선취2011년3월-2013년8월재본원진행치료적요추간반돌출반추관협착환자60례，근거환자개인의원분위관찰조화대조조，매조각30례。대조조채용단순수법추나치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여침약치료，대비량조환자적치료효과급동통정도。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔위96.67%，대조조위80.00%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료후，량조적동통균유불동정도지감경，차관찰조동통개선정도명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：채용침약결합수법치료요추간반돌출반추관협착구유현저적치료효과，구유림상추엄적의의。
Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical effects on acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and spinal stenosis. Method:60 cases of lumbar disc herniation with spinal stenosis in our hospital from 2011 March to 2013 August were randomly selected,according to the patient's personal wishes,they were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 30 cases,the control group was given simple massage therapy,the observation group was given acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group,the degree of pain and treatment effect of two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the degree of pain in two groups were relieved,and the observation group was improved significantly than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spinal stenosis has significant curative effect,has clinical significance.
