研究了一种提纯金刚石的电解液,详细阐明了电解液各组分和工艺条件对阴极增重量的影响及机制。实验结果表明:所得电解液的最佳配比和工艺条件是氯化铵15 g/L,硼酸30 g/L,柠檬酸25 g/L,氯化钠15 g/L,糖精钠10 g/L,电流密度8 A/dm2,pH 值5。使用该电解液能有效降低电解成本,提高电解提纯效率。

This test studied an electrolyte for the diamond purification,and illuminated the influence of electrolyte components and process conditions on the weight increase of cathode as well as their mechanism.The experimental results showed that the optimum proportion and process parameters of the electrolyte were 15 g/L NH 4 Cl,30 g/L H 4 BO 3 ,25 g/L citric acid,15 g/L NaCl,10 g/L saccharine,current density was 8 A/dm2 and pH value was 5.The electrolyte could effectively decrease the electrolysis cost,and increase electrolysis purification efficiency.
