目的：对比分析三种不同的麻醉方法对无痛人工流产的效果，择优选用。方法选取90例于2012年1月～10月进行无痛人工流产的患者，随机分为3组，分别采用三种不同的麻醉方式，分为A组（芬太尼＋异丙酚）30例，B组（咪唑安定＋氯胺酮）30例，C组（咪唑安定加氯胺酮加异丙酚）30例，分析比较三组患者的麻醉效果。结果辅助呼吸次数A组相比其他两组的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；意识恢复时间和体动评分B组与其他两组的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；麻醉后30 min三组均未发生恶心呕吐的现象；麻醉效果分析可以看出B组麻醉效果得分最高，故麻醉效果最差，C组麻醉效果得分最低，在三组中麻醉效果最好。结论采用咪唑安定＋氯胺酮＋异丙酚的组合方式实施麻醉，其麻醉效果最好，值得在无痛人工流产手术中推广。

Objective To analysis the effect analysis of painless induced abortion by three different kinds of anesthe -sia methods , selecting the best.Methods Collecting 90 patients of painless induced abortion from January to October in 2012 , randomly dividing into three groups for three different kinds of anesthesia methods , 30 cases for A group ( fentanyl+propofol ) , 30 cases for B group ( imidazole valium +ketamine ) , 30 cases for C group ( imidazole valium +ket-amine +propofol), comparing the anaesthesia effect.Results Group A has compared with the other two groups , there are significant differences of the assisted breathing ( P<0.05 );group B has compared with the other two groups , there are significant differences of the consciousness recovery time and Body motion score ( P<0.05 );there are no nausea and vomiting after 30 min by anesthesia; the group C is the best of the anaesthesia effect and the group B is the worst.Conclu is ons There is the best anesthesia combination and anaesthesia effect which is imidazole valium +ket-amine +propofol for painless induced abortion.
