目的:探讨微波消解-石墨炉AAS法测定大米中镉含量的测定方法。方法:对大米样品采用硝酸-微波消解,消解后用赶酸架逐步均匀快速赶酸的方法进行前处理,以石墨炉AAS法进行测定。此方法用新合理标准曲线拟合算法,在0ug/L~2.5ug/L范围内线性关系较好,R值为0.9998,方法加标回收率为100.0~101.0,RSD值小于4.0%。结论:该方法耗材少,操作简单安全快速,且准确度和精密度均较高,适用于大米中镉含量的测定。

목적:탐토미파소해-석묵로AAS법측정대미중력함량적측정방법。방법:대대미양품채용초산-미파소해,소해후용간산가축보균균쾌속간산적방법진행전처리,이석묵로AAS법진행측정。차방법용신합리표준곡선의합산법,재0ug/L~2.5ug/L범위내선성관계교호,R치위0.9998,방법가표회수솔위100.0~101.0,RSD치소우4.0%。결론:해방법모재소,조작간단안전쾌속,차준학도화정밀도균교고,괄용우대미중력함량적측정。
Objective: to study the microwave digestion-graphite furnace AAS method on the determination of cadmium content in rice. Methods: the rice samples using nitric acid, microwave digestion, digestion with acid frame are evenly rapid drive after acid pretreatment method, the determination by graphite furnace AAS method. This method is reasonable with a new standard curve fitting method, in the range 0ug/L~2.5ug/L inside sex good, R value was 0.9998, the method of standard addition recovery rate is 100.0~101.0, RSD value is less than 4.0%. Conclusion:this method material consumption, the operation is simple and safe fast, and high accuracy and precision are applied to the determination of cadmium content in rice.
