目的：探讨经皮胸膜活检在胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法对80例行经皮胸膜活检的胸腔积液患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果胸膜活检取材成功率为92.5％，确定诊断率为66.25％。结论经皮胸膜活检术的诊断手段简便、安全、有效，对胸腔积液病因有较高的诊断价值。
목적：탐토경피흉막활검재흉강적액적진단개치。방법대80례행경피흉막활검적흉강적액환자적병례자료진행회고성분석。결과흉막활검취재성공솔위92.5％，학정진단솔위66.25％。결론경피흉막활검술적진단수단간편、안전、유효，대흉강적액병인유교고적진단개치。
Objective To explore the value of pleural biopsy in the diagnosis of the cause of pleural efusion.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with exudative pleural effusion underwent biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results With cutting-needle biopsy,the success rate of obtaining specimens was 92.5%.and the definitive rate of pathologic diagnosis was 66.25%.Conclusions Cutting- needle biopsy is a simple,safe,and effective way for diagnosing pleural effusion,with few complications.
