国内各大院校的精品课程项目已经建设到一定的规模，但推广和应用还很不够，与国外的网络化教育存在很大差距。为了使这些资源得到更有效的利用，提升教学质量和科研水平，地方院校应该积极利用现有的人力物力以及经验和资源上的优势致力于推广应用MOOCs的学习新模式。

The exquisite course project construction in universities has developed to a certain scale in China, but the promotion and application is still not enough. There is a big gap between foreign networked education and China's condition. In order to make more effective use of these resources and improve the quality of teaching and scientific research level, local colleges and universities should actively use the existing resources and experience, and the advantage of resources to be committed to the popularization and application of MOOCs.
