First, this article introduced the suggestions on the training of innovative postgraduates in detail. Some of the schemes are investigated on their advantages and disadvantages. Appropriate reform measures to train innovative postgraduates are introduced through the curriculum, teacher assessment and security mechanism. Some prospects are pointed out.
