Based on SERVQUAL model, the service quality evaluation index system for the management of residential property was put forward. Then a questionnaire to investigate the quality service of property management in Zhuhai was designed. Through questionnaire survey, overall, current property owners felt quite satisfied with the service quality in Zhuhai, but in terms of maintenance services, hospitality services and special services were promoted. Some targeted measures to improve the level of urban residential real estate management service quality were proposed.
