运用文献资料、专家访谈、比较分析等方法，对当前我国社会体育指导与管理本科专业人才培养模式存在的问题进行分析，提出了目前社会体育专业应依据社会发展、区域特点及市场的需求，对人才培养目标进行重新定位，优化人才培养方案，创新专业人才培养模式，以适应我国社会进步对体育人才的需求。
運用文獻資料、專傢訪談、比較分析等方法，對噹前我國社會體育指導與管理本科專業人纔培養模式存在的問題進行分析，提齣瞭目前社會體育專業應依據社會髮展、區域特點及市場的需求，對人纔培養目標進行重新定位，優化人纔培養方案，創新專業人纔培養模式，以適應我國社會進步對體育人纔的需求。

This paper uses methods of literature, expert interview and comparative analysis, studies on the current problem of the training mode of undergraduate social sports major in China.It puts forward that the current social sport major should be based on the social development, regional characteristics and the demand of the market to re-orientate the aim of personnel training,optimize the personnel training pro-grams,and innovate the professional training mode, to adapt to the demand of sports talents with the so-cial progress of China.
