Sanren Decoction%spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome%NEI
目的:探讨三仁汤对脾胃湿热证大鼠神经内分泌免疫功能相关指标的影响作用。方法将50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、三仁汤(高、中、低剂量)组,利用复合因素复制脾胃湿热证动物模型。通过称量法计算胸腺和脾脏指数,同时采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清皮质醇(Cor)、白介素2(IL-2)的水平。结果造模成功后的各组大鼠血浆CRH、ACTH及血清Cor升高,三仁汤治疗组各剂量对其均有降低作用。造模后各模型组大鼠胸腺、脾脏指数及血清IL-2降低,三仁汤(高、中、低剂量)组可以升高模型组大鼠上述指标的水平(P<0.05);且以上两种结果均以中剂量组效果最好。结论复合因素造模可以使脾胃湿热证大鼠神经内分泌免疫功能发生异常改变,三仁汤可以调节脾胃湿热证大鼠上述功能,这可能是清热祛湿的机理之一。

목적:탐토삼인탕대비위습열증대서신경내분비면역공능상관지표적영향작용。방법장50지웅성Wistar대서수궤분위정상조、모형조、삼인탕(고、중、저제량)조,이용복합인소복제비위습열증동물모형。통과칭량법계산흉선화비장지수,동시채용방사면역법검측대서혈장촉신상선피질격소석방격소(CRH)、촉신상선피질격소(ACTH)、혈청피질순(Cor)、백개소2(IL-2)적수평。결과조모성공후적각조대서혈장CRH、ACTH급혈청Cor승고,삼인탕치료조각제량대기균유강저작용。조모후각모형조대서흉선、비장지수급혈청IL-2강저,삼인탕(고、중、저제량)조가이승고모형조대서상술지표적수평(P<0.05);차이상량충결과균이중제량조효과최호。결론복합인소조모가이사비위습열증대서신경내분비면역공능발생이상개변,삼인탕가이조절비위습열증대서상술공능,저가능시청열거습적궤리지일。
Objective To study the effects of Sanren Decoction on neuroendocrine-immune function of the spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome in rats. Methods Fifty male wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, model group, sanren decoction (low and medium and high dosage) groups. Thymus index and spleen index were calculated by quantified method. The levels of interleukin 2 (IL-2), cortisol (Cort) in serum and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) , corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH) in plasma in different groups were detected by RIA. Results Compared with normal control group, the concentration of Cort in serum and ACTH,β-EP in plasma of the rats in the model group was significantly in-creased. The sanren decoction groups could reduce the levels of Cort in serum and ACTH, β-EP in plasma in different dosages (P<0.01 or P<0.05), especially the medium dosage had best outcome. Thymus index and spleen index and the concentration of IL-2 in serum of the rats in the model group was significantly decreased. Conclusion To establish the model of the spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome in rats by complex factors can change neuroendocrine-immune functions. Sanren decotion can effctively adjust the functions of rats′neu-roendcrine-immune, which may be one of the mechanism of clearing heat and expelling damp of Sanren Deco-tion.
