随着电子商务的发展，网络购物的人群增加，逐渐赶上实体店的销售与之平衡。人们消费趋势倒向网络购物，网络购物的便捷性、广泛性和不受区域影响的购物模式给实体商务带来巨大影响。导致市场上恶性竞争价格现象，关于电子商城和实体共存，针对这种现象，文章对电子商务是否能与传统商务共存、顶替问题全面的分析，针对其产生结果、趋势，提出了有效的解决方法和建议。

It balances the store's sales that online shopping population increase is gradually catching up with the store's sales with the the rapid development of Chinese Internet. People's consumption trends are moving to online shopping with the development of E-commerce. With online shopping's convenience and extensiveness, the shopping patterns that don't influence people's con-sumption at any time and any place suffered a tremedaus affect to the traditional business. For this phenomenon, this paper sys-tematically analyzes if E-commerce and Gaditional Business can coexist and replace on the market, I proposed effective solutions and recommendations for its produce results and recommendations for its produce results and trends.
