济钢400 m2烧结机选用SDA脱硫技术进行烟气脱硫,该技术系统主要包括脱硫及除尘系统,脱硫剂贮存、制浆及输送供给系统,循环灰贮存、制浆及输送供给系统,脱硫灰、除尘灰输送贮存及外排系统。应用实践证明,SDA脱硫技术运行稳定,脱硫效率高,且颗粒物排放浓度低,烟尘排放浓度小于20 mg/m3,二氧化硫和颗粒物同时达到排放标准。

400 m2 sintering machine in Jinan Steel chose SDA desulfurization technique to take off sulphur from smoke. The technical system mainly includes desulfurization and dedusting system, desulfurizer store and making slurry and transporting supply system, circulating ash store and making slurry and transporting supply system, transporting and discharging system of desulfurization ash and dedusting ash. The practice proved that SDA desulfurization technology have excellent operation stability, high efficiency of desulfurization, low emission density of particles, small than 20 mg/m3 in discharging smoke and dust density, and has reached to emission standard of sulphur dioxide and particle.
