通过阳离子浮选试验,研究了胺类捕收剂对透辉石的捕收性能。试验结果表明:不同的胺类捕收剂,其适宜的pH值不同;捕收剂结构对于透辉石浮选效果的影响非常显著,N原子上引入烷基较少的多胺浮选效果最好,支链多且长的季铵盐类捕收剂对透辉石的浮选效果最差,伯胺类捕收剂性能位于二者之间。
通過暘離子浮選試驗,研究瞭胺類捕收劑對透輝石的捕收性能。試驗結果錶明:不同的胺類捕收劑,其適宜的pH值不同;捕收劑結構對于透輝石浮選效果的影響非常顯著,N原子上引入烷基較少的多胺浮選效果最好,支鏈多且長的季銨鹽類捕收劑對透輝石的浮選效果最差,伯胺類捕收劑性能位于二者之間。

On the basis of experiments of flotation, collecting properties of cationic amine collector were studied in the diopside flotation. The results showed that for the agent of different amine collector, the appropriate pH value is different; The influence of structure of collector was obvious in the diopside flotation;Flotation effect of polyamines with less alkyl in the N atom was best, and that of quaternary ammonium salts with excessive and long branched chain was worst, and that of primary amines was between two kinds.
